A quick guide to looking younger

Everyone knows, whether they like to admit it or not, that looking younger is always going to be more appealing. There is a reason why almost every single fashion model is under the age of twenty five, why all of the magazine adverts include models that are under thirty, and why so many of us find true love when we are in our prime. Looking younger is the ideal for many people, and getting older can be a bit of a shock, especially if you feel young at heart! However, there are small yet significant ways that you can make yourself look younger without a huge amount of effort or time, and when you combine them all together you can start to look years, if not a decade or two, younger! Check out our quick guide below, and let us know in the comments section how many of these you have tried!

  1. Eat healthily

Looking good on the outside needs to start with eating good on the inside! Your diet has a dramatic effect on the way that you look and so by eating healthily and ditching the terrible food, you will start to notice within days that you are looking brighter and more beautiful. Making sure that you have your daily recommended intake of vitamins and minerals is essential, and if you think that you will struggle to do so, then take a vitamin pill every day. It will work wonders.

  1. Drink plenty of water

Your skin is almost always crying out for water, so give it some – most people do not realize this, but 80% of the time that we think we are hungry, we are actually thirsty. Being able to give your skin that youthful glow that you want without having to pile on a thousand and one different face creams is much simpler when you are drinking plenty of water, so make sure that you drink at least two liters a day of actual water: coffee doesn’t count!

  1. Try Botox

This may seem counter-intuitive, but a little bit of Botox goes a long way to making you feel better, and the small touches that a professional with a comprehensive Botox certification can make will completely transform the way that you look. Make sure that you only see someone who has received their Botox training and Botox certification from Dr Howard Katz, a leading expert in the field of Botox and dermal fillers, and you know you can trust them.

  1. Dress for your age

Last but by no means least, the most surprising piece of advice: dress your age! Many people try to look younger by dressing in the latest fashions even when their youth was several decades ago, and it simply marks you out immediately as someone who has absolutely no idea what they are doing. Don’t make yourself a figure of ridicule; by dressing your own age, you will immediately blend into your generation, and if you are following all of these other tips then you will look dramatically younger compared to the rest of them!
